Mix and match as you see fit - take all the supplements
you want.
Try as many supplements as you can – the first five with
asterisks – take all of them 15 – 20 min. before bed – have
a nourishing snack. Have a glass of water with liquid
oxygen.
Breathing in bed – take a deep breath – hold 8 seconds,
release in 8 seconds – repeat Increasing to 10 – 12 - 15
